We’ve shared the secrets of our authentic Birmingham Balti with comedian Omid Djalili, the world-famous Hairy Bikers, and TV presenters Alison Hamond and Rylan Clark, appearing on BBC, Channel 5, Channel 4, and the History Channel, plus many many more.
Our mission is to keep the tradition of the Brummie Balti alive, and we like nothing more than telling our story and sharing the secrets that make this unique cuisine so important not only for Birmingham, but as part of UK food culture.
